Return Policy
Lunari Moda will accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on our website reported for return/exchange within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date of the shipment tracking.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if the request for return/exchange is made after 14 days have passed.
Some types of goods are exempt from the return obligation. We also do not accept products that are intimate goods (underwear) or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Returns and exchanges
To make a return, please send a scan of the completed return or exchange form to the email info@lunarimoda.pl, entering "Return - order number #numer_zamowienia" in the subject line. Then we will contact you within 14 days with instructions regarding the return process.
Waiting for return instructions does not reduce the 14-day period for sending back the goods. This time is counted from the moment of receiving instructions from us.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an address other than the one indicated by our customer service team.
Exchange is only possible by making a return and then ordering a new product.
Along with submitting the return statement:
Customer undertakes to send the goods to the Seller no later than 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the return instructions. The goods must be delivered to the Seller's address provided by the Intermediary, who undertakes to refund the product price to the Customer no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the goods. The Intermediary makes the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed to another refund method that does not incur any costs for them.
Refunds
After receiving and checking your return by the Seller, the money will be sent within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Delays in refunds
It often happens that there is some processing time for transfers between financial institutions (1-2 days). If after this time you still do not receive a refund, please send us an email at info@lunarimoda.pl and give us the opportunity to further investigate the matter.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an inquiry within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If you do not report damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to accept your claim. When reviewing repair or return requests, we use the timestamp information found in the shipment tracking link and the delivery confirmation from the carrier.
Size differences – important information
Due to the variety of sizing used by manufacturers, we use a standardized size chart in our store to help you make the right choice. Size labels on tags may differ from the ordered sizes because products are made according to the local manufacturer's sizing, which may differ from European standards.
We want to emphasize that such differences are not the result of a warehouse error or a mistake on our part. Each product undergoes thorough verification to ensure compliance with the ordered dimensions according to our size chart.
